Welcome to Mobikhata. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services securely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Mobikhata provides a digital ledger service to track personal and business accounts, multiple currencies, and Udaar (credit). You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
You may need to create an account (e.g., using Google Sign-In) to use certain features, such as cloud backup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
As detailed in our Privacy Policy and following app store guidelines (such as Apple App Store), you have the complete right to delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. Once initiated, this process is irreversible and all your ledger data will be permanently removed.
The financial data and transaction records you input ("User Content") remain your property. We only access this data to provide cloud backup services. We are not responsible for the accuracy of your entries.

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to protect your data, Mobikhata makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or absolute security of the service.
In no event shall Mobikhata be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the app.
